Fire Cabinets

SFFECO Semi Rigid Fire Fighting Hose is designed and manufactured in compliance with BS EN-694:2014 standard.

The hose is double layered with red cover and black lining. SFFECO Fire Fighting hose is suitable to use with fixed fire fighting systems like fire hose reels. It’s flexibility helps to roll or handle the hoe easily.

Material used for inner lining and cover of hose is plasticized PVC compound and high tensile textile polyester yarn is used for reinforcement of hose.

SFFECO Fire Rated Fire Hose Cabinets are designed to specifically maintain the integrity of two hours fire walls with all our recessed and surface cabinets. SFFECO has certified and listed these cabinets for combustible and noncombustible wall systems to meet the requirements of UL R-39299. The fire rated option assures the specifier that life safety codes will be maintained and by eliminating the need to continue the fire wall within the rough opening, saves the installer considerable time and expensive.

SFFECO Fire Rated Cabinets have been manufactured with Red painted Mild Steel, Hairline, Mirror or Brush finish for Stainless Steel (304 or 316)

SFFECO Hose Reel cabinet model SF4000, SF5000 series characterised for its high quality and performance in fighting fire, can be used effectively in factories, residential building, etc.

Hose reel is made of 1 mm steel sheet and pressed out. The outer edge of the reel is rolled over to give a safe handling edge on the outer rims. The reel is mounted on swinging arm.

Hose lenght is 30 meter long with 1.5″ø or 2.5″ø, Landing Valve 1.5″ for SF4000 and 2.5″ for SF5000

SFFECO Fire Hose Reel Cabinet model SF300 and SF600 series are manufactured from steel or stainless steel, with thickness of 1 mm to 2 mm. Outer edges of hose reels are rolled over for safe handling and aesthetic apperance. Cabinet door handles are of stainless steel and turn handle chrome plated.

Hose Reel Drums pressed on hydraulic press to form ribs for strength and durability to avoid twisting while handling.

Electrostatic powder painted and oven baked to 200°C for apperance and protection from rust.

Cabinets can be surface mounted, recessed or semi-recessed. Cabinets of stainless steel also available with hairline or mirror finish.

SFFECO Fire Hose Rack Cabinet model SFR150, SFR200 series are manufactured from steel or stainless steel, with thickness of 1 mm to 2 mm. Cabinet door handles are of stainless steel and turn handle chrome plated.

Electrostatic powder painted and oven baked to 200 degree C for apperance and protection from rust.

Cabinets can be surface mounted, recessed or semi-recessed. Cabinets of stainless steel also available with hairline or mirror finish.

SFFECO Foam or Water cabinet model SF9000 characterized for its high performance for attacking class A, B fire within seconds. Suitable for gas stations, petro-chemical plants, industrial premises, warehouse and in any areas, requires protection from class A, B fires.

Cabinetsa are manufactured from steel or stainless steel, with thickness of 1 mm to 2 mm. Cabinets are with all around folded edges without any sharp edges. The roof is slop type

SFFECO Fire Extinguisher Cabinets are made of mild or stainless steel sheet with all around folded edges. There are different design for door leaves to suit the architectural engineering.

Cabinets are fitted with continuous piano hinges. Stainless steel hinges are available upon request.

Corrosion protection: Cabinets and door leaves are painted with electrostatic powder paint oven baked to give protection against rust and to give smooth finish.
